PRICING:
• Under 1500 sq ft – $500
• 1500–2000 sq ft – $550
• 2000–3000 sq ft – $600
• Over 3000 sq ft – $650+

Multi-Unit Properties
Multi-unit inspections require more time and documentation due to duplicated systems and living areas. Pricing is adjusted by $150 per additional unit.

ADD-ON SERVICES:
• Sewer Scope (add-on to a home inspection) – $225
• Pest & Dry Rot Inspection – Available upon request
• Radon Testing – Available upon request

STANDALONE SERVICES:
• Sewer Scope Inspection (standalone) – $295

Sewer Scope Inspections involve a video inspection of the main sewer lateral to help identify conditions such as root intrusion, breaks, offsets, bellies, and obstructions. Sewer scope inspections are available as a standalone service or as an add-on to a full home inspection.
